    After a friendly greeting from the host, the rest of the experience was mediocre. The 57th Street location and breakfast menu suited our small group. But the food described on the menu sounded much better than it tasted. My omelette was dry and bland, and it along with the accompanying potatoes and toast were lukewarm. Especially for the price, the food should be better and served hot.

    Great diner; much better than I anticipated. Food is fresh and tastes delicious. Not greasy or over-salted. I would call this a mid-range restaurant with diner ambiance. The selections ar diner- like but better, the quality and quantity of food are top notch. If you are looking for a well-made, tasty dinner without shooting a wad of money, this is the place. Food came quickly and service was excellent. Very easy proximity to Carnegie Hall. Very pleased.
