   There is no other word to describe our dinner here. Brutal! Where do I begin? Well the beer and wine was good. The wedge salad was the worst we've ever had. Too moist and tasteless. My wife's filet mignon was good but my Rib Eye was cold and full of gristle and fat. I should have known something was up when the steak arrived before the steak knife. We both paid for the gongorzola butter which was useless. It didn't melt on my steak since the steak was cold. Management brought me another steak which was much better after waiting a very long time for it. Almost gave up on it. We had an order of mash potatoes which were repulsive. Ordered another beer which also took forever to arrive. The server was on a different planet in terms of serving us. Came time to pay and I noticed there was an order of free bread on the bill. Never got that. Server said she forgot. Told the manager I didn't want to pay for my steak since our evening dinner at his restaurant was basically a disaster. He said he would take the butter off the cheque. Wow, how generous. After much bickering I finally got him to take my steak off the cheque. My wife and I have dined all over the world but our evening at Tula Bene might have been one of the all time worst. Bad attitudes from the server and manager.

   Checked in 20 mins early and was actually offered an option for a table even though I had a reservation for the bar. The bread was amazing, my ribeye was cooked perfectly and my cousins pasta was awesome. Our server was so kind and constantly checking on our needs. Great service and value for the money we spent. Will come back again!

   Excellent steak, and the wine was superb. The portions were decent. However, if you have a dairy allergy, you may have a difficult time navigating the menu. Wonderful wait staff. We shared braised ribs, filet mignon and rib-eye steak, medium rare. Calamari and bruschetta were tasty. Everything was delicious!

   We were seated on time. The hostess, chef, and waitress all gave exceptional service. Our dinner was steaming hot and delicious. I can't wait to go back.

   We had a 6:45 reservation & were there right on time & were seated right away. However we sat for over 15 minutes being ignored by the wait staff that walked by us numerous times. Finally a guy who was working at the bar saw us sitting there & came over & brought us water. We told him we were going to the concert there at 8 & wondered if we should just order appetizers since it was already 7:05. He asked what main items we were interested in & went back to the kitchen & told us that there wouldn’t be a problem getting our meals to us in time to eat & then go to the concert. We received our meal at 7:35 & were able to finish it in time. The food was good and the chef came over & talked to us. However if it wasn’t for the bartender we don’t know how long we would have sat there before being served.

   We had a great experience celebrating a joined birthday celebration. The food was delicious, and the staff were all so very nice, attentive, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure the kids were comfortable and even did a fire show for the kids..it was a great first-time experience overall. Highly recommend.
