   Meat was undercooked on my Beef Wellington. They no longer offer that great bread basket they used to have with different types of bread. No more deconstructed Cesar salad. Was a very underwhelming experience. Not worth the premium prices.

   Overall everything was nice until the end. When leaving we asked our waitress if they had matches for a smoke and was told the Valet could assist. All 3 valet assistances said no lighters nor matches. So after going back inside and purchasing another $200 gift card we asked the host if they had matches and was told the Valet assistant could help us. I immediately told the host we were told this before and that no one could help us. The host said we don't supply matches . Wow I just spent $450.00 and was lied to twice. This is sad and I do not recommend this business. I will not go back. If they lie about something so small what else do they lie about? Very sad.

   Me & my mom have been regular clients for over 15 years especially on Christmas Day for dinner. First and foremost our service is always outstanding as Linda has been our server on & off all these years. This years experience was very different as a lot of things were missing or have been changed on the menu. Firstly there was no Clamato available for a caesar, the wine list by the glass has changed and there is less selection of white or red wine, I remember there being at least 8 to 10 options and now there is 4 each. There is no more rice as a side dish for my steak which is disappointing as the wild rice was delicious. Me & my mom share a steak as she doesn’t eat large portions and now there is a charge for an extra plate to be able to have fries, baked potato. Lastly I wanted a decaf coffee or espresso and they couldn’t make it for me. I find since Gibby’s has been sold to a large corporation too many traditions have disappeared it has too much of a corporate feel & it all about profits as even the menu prices have greatly increased.

   5 star service from the most outstanding waiter named Cass. He made sure we had the best service possible and enjoyed every moment of our Christmas supper with our family. The food was incredible and the ambiance could not be beat. Thank you Cass ! Will ask for you the next time we book .

    Hello, I would like to share my recent experience at Gibbys Restaurant, which turned out to be a major disappointment. We decided to revive our tradition of dining there for Christmas Eve after several years, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations at all. From the moment we arrived, the noise level was very high, and the music playing did not align with the usual ambiance of the restaurant. My dish, a filet mignon, was covered in an excessive amount of pepper, completely masking the flavor of the meat. It was neither what I ordered nor what I expected. My guest order the shrimp dish . 70$ and over cooked. How could a restaurant of that quality serve shrimps over cooked that was like rubber. Additionally, the service was particularly unpleasant. The staff moved around at such a hurried pace that they constantly bumped into our chairs, creating a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. This lack of attention and consideration made the meal even less enjoyable. There were three of us, and we all left deeply disappointed by the experience—both in terms of the quality of the food and the overall ambiance and service. What used to be a must-visit spot for us during the holidays will now be removed from our list. It’s truly unfortunate, as we had such fond memories of this place.
