Really disappointing. Weak menu, mediocre service, and $16 for bread service. When I go to a Ritz Carlton or Waldorf Astoria property, I expect 5-star service. That's what these brands were built on.  If I were going to an Chili's or Applebee's, I wouldn't expect much,  but my expectations are high for a 5-star establishment.  The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived, yet it was 10-15  minutes before we got water or first saw our waitress. Then my drink order of a beer was another 10 minutes.  No bread service. Instead, we were charged $16 for 4 small slices of sourdough.  The waitress was not rude but clearly was not interested in her job. Even answering simple questions about the menu seemed beyond her. There was an evident lack in hiring and training. Lots of great high-end food options in Park City. I recommend going somewhere other than here.

We went for the Christmas Day pre fix menu. While the entrees were ok the salads were very small portions really not even worth the effort. While the entrees weee good they all needed a side dish. The desserts were nice. All in all a nice evening but the portions were very small

Understanding it was Christmas Eve and a hotel restaurant but still the dinner was horrible. The portions on the Prix fix menu were laughably miniscule. Two in our party had the cod and it was inedible so much so they took it off the bill and then we ordered from the bar menu to take back upstairs. The duck confit dish you needed a magnifying glass to find any duck. And the waits between courses took forever and considering it was a set menu we expected it to be more timely.

Not sure if it was just our server or not but the experience was not good at all. In 2 hours my server brought us 1 drink. After 30 mins of my kids waiting without drinks I finally walked to the bar and got them cokes. Overall the food was good but I couldn’t see past the lack of service.

This is a very lovely and memorable Thanksgiving dinner. Our server Haley is super awesome. She is very personable, very accommodating with our 8 years old picky eater. And of course my son and husband ate to their hearts content! Definitely would come here again. When you are here, ask for Haley!!

Very disappointing experience. We booked this as a special Thanksgiving meal since the restaurant mentioned their “unmatched culinary team”. All I can assume is that this team either had the day off or is that they have literally never been matched against anyone expect maybe a Waffle House short order cook. The apps were average - not awesome but acceptable. Where this really tanked was their so-called Wagyu been in the main course. Ordered medium rare and it came out well done (and a tiny portion that might be better suited to a miniature dachshund rather than a human being. Sent it back - by the time the review came out all the sides were cold and although the refute was closer in temperature it might have been the worse cut of meat I’ve had in a while. Imagine what the last resort pick of prime rib at. $15 all you can eat buffet might be like and your expectations would still be too high. After complaining to the manager they did comp one seating of the $145 per head meal but it spoiled the experience for both of us to be quite honest. The other meal was a vegetarian entree - ravioli that was tasty but lacked refinement in the thickness of the pasta. Desert was slightly better but nothing to write home about. Chocolate lava cake and ice cream that was strangely grainy - to be honest the chocolate lava cakes in Dominos are better. Given the reputation of the brand and the way this meal was advertised it was very disappointing. Management were very nice when I did tell them what was going on and implored us to come back and try them another time with the promise of some free appetizers but given this was a big meal and a special occasion we don’t know that we will repeat. Stuff goes wrong sometimes but given the terrible meat underscored by mediocrity in a premium brand I felt compelled to post this review.
