Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This place was really nice!! I just went this past weekend for my Birthday and the service was great and the food was great. I order the Tomahawk Veal Chop…AMAZING!!! The little cheesecake was really good!! I will most definitely come back!

    Ordered the surf and turf Tiny Tenderloin was horrible Why even offer such poor quality beef? Lobster tails were the size of jumbo shrimp maybe $79 For $10 more there’s a bone in ribeye that is top shelf Maybe provide pictures so you can see before you order underwhelming low quality food? Our waiter was not all there Brought us the bill for the next table Then he didn’t return the credit card Had to cancel card order new one Terrible experience

    Such excellent food! The Sea Bass was just amazing and a huge portion ! The waiter, Dave, was new but did an outstanding job!!! We always go to the Capital Grill when we go to Vegas!!!

    we have never had a bad meal or experience with Capital Grille--Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Denver and now here in Las Vegas. Great food, service and atmosphere.

    Excellent experience! Wonderful service and the food was perfect. We went for my mom’s 60th birthday and had a very memorable evening. We have been to other capital grilles before and this was the best we have had. Would highly recommend!

    Update, had with my wife lunch and it was exceptional. I have returned multiple time since my last review in 2023 (for lunch and dinner with my wife and friends) and I thought it was time to insure my review reflected the exceptional service and quality of food this establishment provides. No matter what we order whether seafood or steaks (salads, appetizers, soups) and we are always impressed with the preparation, flavor and presentation of our meals. The staff is always attentive, courteous and never overbearing. One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. Looking forward to my next meal there.
