   Didn’t have a good experience today here. We ordered the beef pot which usually has everything cooked inside but the chef decided to not cook it because they were busy. I have a toddler so I ordered this dish deliberately. Then when we asked for tap water, it took ages to come. Lastly when it came to paying, I was checking the bill and the waiter decided to take my payment without me tapping it. He put the card reader next to my phone so need to be careful next time to not have my Apple Pay ready!

   booked here at open table for the buffet option, when we arrive, got late 5 mins as the place is hard to find..the server said the buffet was an option that has to be paid whilst booking, and we should have arrived by 3pm, when all their advert in social media says until 5pm…deceiving advert, can go other places with better location and value for money for hotpot..will not recommend

   IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! I’m horrified by my experience and feel compelled to warn others. From the moment we arrived, we were told there was a time limit on our table - not exactly a warm welcome. I brushed it off, but things quickly went downhill. We were handed a tablet to place our order with no guidance. Every time we needed help, the waiter rushed off, leaving us repeatedly calling him over just to confirm if a dish was vegetarian. We are strict vegetarians and ordered fresh tofu, yet we were served fish tofu. Unknowingly, we ate it, trusting the menu and our booking notes, which clearly stated our dietary restrictions. The staff’s response was defensive, dismissive, and unapologetic. They insisted we had ordered fish tofu, even though it wasn’t on the menu. When we pointed this out, they were confused, offering no explanation. What’s the point of a dietary preferences section if it’s ignored? This carelessness could be fatal for someone with a fish allergy. A mislabeled dish could trigger anaphylaxis, with severe consequences. The fact that no one acknowledged the seriousness of this mistake is appalling. To make it worse, Rayan, the staff member who took our order, never even apologised. Instead, he remained defensive. We unknowingly consumed something we are deeply against for religious and ethical reasons, and nothing can undo that. We can’t change what happened, but we can warn others. This level of negligence is unforgivable.

   Thank you for your comments. We will definitely review our staff training as the Buffet deal is strictly by Opentable reservations only. We have since updated our Weekend Brunch menu items onto Opentable booking system for customers to review the selection. Our weekend buffet also has its own menu selection on our ordering system as well. It appears this instruction might not have been correctly communicated to your party and hence you ordered our usual hotpot dining experience. However as such, it appears the Fish Tofu was a selection made by the customer at the time. We are sorry to hear about your experience and your comments will definitely be relayed to management for improvement.

   Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Played good music with a variety of songs and they gave me a free rose for Valentine’s day :)

   Food was average if not a bit bland! I guess they are trying to be a bit different to the normal Chinese hotpot that’s ever so popular at the moment. Worth trying this simmering pot concept but not sure if I’ll rush back.

   The food is always consistently good, i always go for the chicken simmer hotpot. I’ve bought friends and family here lots of times and they’ve all enjoyed it.

   we were inexperienced with how to order hotpot so the food was not the best, however the staff were extremely nice and it was a good place to eat environment wise
