One of our favorite in Park City for a fun casual dinner. We already get the same thing...the chicken "nacho" style. So much flavor. We really should try other dishes, but we love this one so much. They did change the rice from cauliflower rice to regular rice. I prefer the cauliflower rice because it is a little healthier, but still a great dish with the crispy rice. The margaritas are also excellent. The waitress was excellent...I think her name was Sharon. The manager also came by to check on us...always nice when management is present and talking to customers.

My family really enjoyed our meal at Chimayo in Park City last night. It’s Christmas season so the restaurant was packed, but the service as still attentive, and the food was outstanding. Of particular mention are the short ribs.

Chimayo always delivers a great food experience. This time all of us tried new dishes and they were excellent, from the ceviche, to the trio of winter soups and finally the new main course of chicken relleno nacho style each one was exquisite. While we also enjoyed our old favorites too! The service is attentive yet not intrusive.

Our favorite restaurant in Park City for almost 30 years! The entire Chimayo team is beyond stellar and always delivers perfection with a smile. Amazingly consistent and always worth the visit. Thank you Julie, Arturo, Mike and the entire team❤️

We are locals and long time guest, never have we been disappointed. Julie and Chef Arturo were gracious as they always are, Kent our waiter was perfect. Ordered multiple appetizers and main meal, bass and Elk was great. Timing between courses to table was right on and seasoned perfectly. Never rushed even when its crazy busy. Excellent dinner event ending with a very pleasant night out. Thank you to you all for what you do.

We were seated and a group of six were seated after us. We did not get a beverage menu. The waiter came and spoke to the table of six went over all the specials and took their drink order. He finally acknowledged us and then we got drink menu. My appetizer and meal was so so for the price.
