    We celebrate Christmas Eve each year at Eddie V’s and each year it doesn’t disappoint. Our server Luigi made our experience extra special. Thank you Eddie V’s for a wonderful dining experience!

    Our server, Carly, was OUTSTANDING! We were two adults trying to enjoy a nice dinner, yet we were seated next to a rambunctious kid that couldn’t keep still and coughed through the entire dinner.

    We had a fabulous evening at Eddie V's in Austin. We started with a Shrimp Cocktail. The shrimp were unbelievable! We followed up with the Wedge Salad. Divine! She had a Filet Mignon. It was delicious, tender and juicy. She's still talking about it! (And if she's happy.....I'm happy!). I devoured the Scallops which were out of this world. Luigi served us and you can't do better than Luigi. Just the best! Needless to say we can't wait to return.
