The newly renovated fine dining room showcases an all-new menu featuring high-quality prime-grade steak options, luxurious furniture, original artwork, and a more intimate and seductive vibe. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, and a variety of prime-grade USDA steak cuts including Scotch Filet, Butchers Cut, domestic Wagyu Tomahawk, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeye, NY Strip, 36oz Porterhouse and Filet Mignon. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. We also have signature cocktails, mocktails, or a full bar for a custom beverage option. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.

The dress code is resort casual, with no open-toe footwear, hats, tank tops, or athletic jerseys, or swimwear. Outdoor patio seating is available, weather permitting. Free parking.

                From the moment we entered the grounds of Tuscany Suites & Casino, the palm trees and lighting were absolutely gorgeous, as the property was extremely well maintained, and picturesque. From a service level, every door was held open for us as we entered the hotel entrance to the restaurant, and when we returned from the restrooms, back to our seats. Bistecca’s host Vivian, was very accommodating and received an advance written message online, in reference to not being sure if we would make it exactly on time as we were walking approximately 20 minutes away. The sommelier Christian, advised us of where we may purchase wine outside of the establishment as we were looking for something in particular, our server Josue, and our assistant server Israel, provided the best possible service, checking in regularly. The pasta entrees (lobster ravioli & shrimp diablo) were outstanding and with a hot temperature, which is not always easy with pasta. There was no room for dessert, however they had our favourite bottle of (Caymus) wine at a very good price point (in comparison to what we would have paid in Canada), and we enjoyed taking the unfinished bottle with us for later enjoyment. It was by far, the best meal we had in Vegas on this trip! The only suggestion for this restaurant is to update their internet menu as I had looked up ahead of time prior to securing the reservation, wanting to enjoy their carbonara, but unfortunately, this is no longer an offering on their current menu.

                All service staff were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and helped really make the experience memorable. The food was superb. My lobster ravioli was probably one of the best I’ve had. I make lobster bisque and recognize when a sauce has been made with premium seafood stock and made the right way. This sauce on the lobster ravioli was maybe as good as mine and mine is superb. The Osso Bucco was delicious and expertly prepared. All of our dishes were simply top-notch.  Our servers Leah and Kevin were simply delightful.

                First time and went for Thanksgiving dinner with daughter and son in law. Very good food and love the ambience. Staff was amazing and prompt.

                Took a long time to get food. Potatoes smaller than other steak houses we have been to. Steak good but ordered medium and it was medium rare

                We were pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was that we ordered. We opted for seafood at the steakhouse and it was all wonderful. Service was excellent.
