This was a last minute reservation. I knew this would not be a 5 star experience. Went to see the tree during Christmas and we decided to stay for dinner as it was rush hour and traffic was bad. Bobby vans was the only spot with an immediate reservation. Food was better than the service. The restaurant seemed to be overwhelmed with Christmas parties. Total average meal for us.

Order a filet mignon. Hardly any season. A little salt can go a long way with a steak. Was cooked to medium just as I asked but temperature of meat was somewhat cold. Waitor was not happy that we ordered no drinks . He brought no bread service. But brought it to the surrounding tables nor did he refill our water glasses.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a reservation and were seated pretty quick. Took a good 30 minutes before we got any drinks and our order for appetizers were taken. Later we received our dinner and never received any of the appetizers we ordered. We mentioned to our waiter and his only response was “sorry” my daughter ordered a sprite for $6 and she never even got a refill because our waiter was completely not paying attention to us so had a hard time getting him to even visit our table. Would never return to this location or any of them based on our visit.

It is Christmas time and they were busy. Just OK at best. Played left on our table for over 20 min after we were done eating. Salad was the best part of the meal.

Overwhelmed staff and servers during the Holiday season. Slow to seat, take drink order, take food order. Delivered appetizers and entrees at the same time. We skipped a second drink and dessert due to slow service. Great location, nice ambiance, needs focus on basic operations - might be just a busy Thursday 12/12/24 problem given the season.
