Absolutely fabulous. From the co-owner, Ray Bourque, to the manager, Fabio, to our server, Paulina, all were so inviting and made a meal a pleasurable experience. The food itself was incredible. It was delicious Italian cuisine that was out of this world. It’s worth every penny.

We went to Tresca with my Sister, Sister in law and Brother in law. We had Beef Corpaccio as an appetizer. Our meals were Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parm, Halibut, Veal Marsala, and a Shellfish dish. The food was fantastic. The portions are large and our server was great. Tresca is my go to restaurant in the North End. Just make sure you have a reservation

Loved Tresca. We went on a recommendation from a friend. Service was outstanding from the hostess, waitress, busboy, and the manager checking in if our meal was OK. The food was very good. Nice wine list and cocktails. We were there early (4:30pm) but we had made a reservation just in case. Restaurant was quiet when we arrived but started to fill up as we left at 630pm. We were seated in the small dining room on the first floor. Enjoyed that the neighboring table wasn't too close. We ordered 2 appetizers and 3 entrees and shared the mini canoli dessert tray, plus cappuccino. Big plus is the $3 parking validated parking at Haymarket Garage. Differently will be back.

We're from Montreal and had not been to Boston since 2011. This is always on our list when we go and it did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, it far exceeded our expectations. It was the first time our daughter was with us and since our trip was planned in July, she couldn't wait to have the Swayman Special! The service was outstanding and the food, impeccable. Our waiter made excellent suggestions. We can't wait to go back!

We had a delightful meal at Tresca. The space is open, not elbow to elbow and you can actually have a conversation! Food is fresh, honest and flavorful, with new and classic dishes to suit everyone. But the standout is the excellent and attentive service; what a great team and the owner is there making sure all goes smoothly. We are local and have eaten many times in the North End and Tresca is like being with family. Bravo!

I've been to Tresca many times and the food is always good quality. We had reservations and were seated quickly to a table of four, but we were only two. The table was close to the fireplace and the fireplace was very hot. I asked to be be moved to one of two open two seat tables near by. .They said they couldn't give us those tables as they were reserved. We reserved a table for two as well, but OK back to the table for four I went. They happily reduced the fire place heat. We got a great stuffed mushroom lobster appetizer, excellent! Got a great bottle of wine (pursued by Bear) and split a huge seafood fra diavolo entree. The entree was a 7.5 out of 10. During dinner a waiter came by and asked if they could take the extra chair from our table. Not really a big deal as we were not using the chair, but should not be policy at this type of restaurant. Lastly we got rushed out after dessert as they needed the table. A manager came by the table and asked us about our meal and then told us they needed the table for a party of four.I told the manager he was going to need an extra chair for the next party. With so many other options in the North End, it might be awhile before I return to Tresca

Thanks for your comments Dan. There is a very complicated way we seat people in order to accommodate reservations and our seating set ups. Open Table establishes a 2 hour window to allow for significant time to enjoy your meal, and as you know, you were advised this at the time of your seating. We extended your time by 45 minutes, which complicates the later reservations. We are glad that you enjoyed your food, and hope that you return in the future.
