The 16oz Wagyu Sirloin was okay. In my opinion its not worth the $36. I may have set my expectations too high on it. This was my first time trying Lamb chops (Rosemary Crusted Lamb Chop) and I didn't know what to expect. The Lamb Chops by itself was not flavorful, the sauce with it was not good (tasted bland). For $34 it's not worth it. The best thing that we have order was the steak fries, well seasoned, cooked prefect. For $12 it was worth it. Overall the food is mildly tasteful and just not worth its value at all. Service was okay, took a couple of minutes for water to come out. I would not recommend or return.

Didn’t feel like the food portion was worth the price, unless I missed it in the description I didn’t realize the food was going to be bite sized and they didn’t do anything for husbands birthday. Left hungry.
    Milwaukee RoadResponded 2 days ago
Thank you for the feedback, Mariah. I am sorry we did not acknowledge your husband's birthday and that the perceived value was not there for you.

It is a really fun experience and a great Christmas activity! The first drink was amazing and the food was really good. It was just such small serving sizes. For $175 they could have simply made a “main course” of some pasta or something not that expensive. Again, the ambiance was amazing. The service was great! Just not a good value for what you are getting. I’d recommend going if you are wanting something fun and christmasy but know that you are going to be hungry after.
    Milwaukee RoadResponded 2 days ago
Hi Abbie, we are so happy that you had fun! However, I am sorry that you did not perceive the value for money. We were aiming for high end small bites and craft cocktails and hoped the perceived value would be there. I am sorry that was not the case for you. We will take the feedback into consideration for the future.

This was the most unbelievably disappointing experience. For $175 the food portions were ridiculously small, the drinks were bad (one we couldn’t even have more than a sip) and the ambience was not great. The night ended with us going to Taco Bell and complaining about what a total waste of money the evening had been. I cannot recommend NOT going here enough.
    Milwaukee RoadResponded 2 days ago
I am so sorry that this experience was not to your liking, Kiki. We appreciate your feedback and will look at ways to better explain that this is not a full dinner, but seasonal bites and craft cocktails.

Highly recommend the flatbread pepperoni/sausage! Hubby the burger and fries. Not so great for the price tag. Server was fantastic!

This was a very fun experience. We really enjoyed it. The food was excellent. The service was wonderful. However, I did expect the train view simulation to be more of an actual view of the landscape as the train rode over the countryside or through the mountains. It was just a repeat of the same view for the whole time. Still a very fun experience!

Thank you Becky! We will definitely take the video suggestion into account for next year.

We did the Northern Starlight, A Holiday Pop-up Experience. The food was good however make sure to eat a meal prior to going. This is very small finger food and 2 drinks. The cost for this was guide high for the experiance. The train ride had the same screen pass by ever 30 seconds. It was cute but not for the cost.
    Milwaukee RoadResponded 2 days ago
Thank you Tiffany for the feedback. We appreciate that this is not a full dinner and I am sorry that it was not perceived as value for the money. We will take your feedback into consideration for the future.

We went for the Northern Starlight experience, it was 1000% NOT worth the money. I had NA drinks but did not get any sort of discount. The small bites are super small and took no more than 20 minutes to eat. The old fashioned that was served my husband said just tasted like fireball. Overall the experience was a total let down and waste of money.
    Milwaukee RoadResponded 2 days ago
Thank you for the feedback, Mariah. I am sorry that the experience was not up to your expectation. The seasonal bites and craft cocktails were designed as an elevated dining experience using high end ingredients, but we do appreciate that it is not a full meal. We will take this into consideration for the future.

I really loved the experience of the holiday train. The staff were great and overall we had a lot of fun. I think a nice touch would be a small hot cocoa at the end of the experience to enjoy with the dessert. Otherwise we absolutely would do this again next year!
    Milwaukee RoadResponded 2 days ago
Thank you Sabrina. So happy that you enjoyed it. Love the idea of cocoa, we will consider it for next year.
