   Wonderful service and food. Only think keeping this from five stars is a more lively atmosphere and restrooms actually in the restaurant. They share restrooms with the hotel, but the men’s room was under renovation which requires a five minute walk to the first floor to use one. Not easy to figure out.

   It took the waitress 20 minutes to take our order and we got our food before we even got our water. The steak was very salty. Other than that, our waitress was sweet and made up for it.

   We brought our 8 Grandchildren for a special dinner while visiting Universal Studios. The food, service and ambiance was excellent.

   Well this is our go to in Orlando. Very lucky to have a booth table and our server was super friendly and attentive. Food as always generous and delicious.

   It was an absolutely fantastic meal. Excellent quality stakes, sides, appetizers and a phenomenal service and dining experience. Yes it is a bit expensive but worth every penny.

   Really disappointed by our dinner at the Palm. Our waitress was perfect but the food was just not what we expected. Couldn't finish my dish because it was far too salted. One wagyu out of 3 turned out to be filled with tendon. Furthermore, at our arrival the manager asked us if there were any particular events and it was my son's birthday. After the dinner and our complaint, he offered us as an apology a single piece of cake, which he smartly noted on the bill as a birthday present! Definitely not worth it.
