We’ve come to this place many times (once every 3-4 weeks) and have always had mostly good experience. Everything went really well for the first hour, our main server was attentive and we got what we needed. Until… she disappeared after (understandably she might have ended her shift) but other servers continued to help clear our table till then. Now, we certainly know of the 2-hr limit on each table and we’re barely past our 1st hour when a male server started coming to ask if we needed anything else (hint: wanting us to leave). My partner continued to order few more drinks (which were brought to him). BUT, he and other servers stopped clearing our tables EVEN WHEN we clearly stacked the used dishes and everything on the side… ready to be taken away! Plus, coming back to see if we want the bill! Needless to say, we agreed for the bill and left with way less than our standard tip we normally generously give. What an irritating experience! One server’s poor work destroyed all the great service his colleagues have done for us. Such a shame.

Place was fine. Only issue is spent 500 tonight and they couldn’t rush us out of the restaurant faster. Poor service. Disappointed. I understand they need to turn tables. But this was ridiculous. After 2 hours of eating and drinking they found us another table for 20 minutes. Disappointing. We would have spent hundreds more likely.

The food was delicious, but the portions were on the small side. Service was nice but kind of slow. It took a little longer to the waitress to come back to our table to check in on us as we finished our initial order. I’d still recommend the restaurant.

Made the booking for Nov 11 but nobody told us the restaurant was closed due to maintenance. Wasted a trip going there, only to find out it was closed without prior notice. Also wasted the parking fee. Poor arrangement!
