   Iris was perfect. We enjoyed everything. Caputo has been our favorite place for a long time but my husband’s 3 year illness had confined us. He is deceased now.

   This is one of the noisiest restaurants I have been to. You would think that for the prices you pay, they would do something to reduce the noise level. The food was just ok - nothing special.

   We come every year on our anniversary and the food is always amazing. Our server was the absolute best. The only issue is how loud it was. Overall another great experience.

   They originally wanted to sit our party of 2 on a round table for 6-8, we asked them to change us to a table for 2 (multiple open) and they did so without an issue. Our waitress, Taylor, was really good, very attentive and informed. The drinks were good, and promptly served. We ordered the table-side cacio e pepe that provided entertainment and a delicious pasta. We ordered the braised short rib ravioli, we don’t like onions nor shallots, they were not listed under ingredients, and the sauce had so many that made it impossible to eat. Overall, good experience, good price, and do recommend.

   This was by far the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. We sat down at 6:30, immediately put our food order in, only to wait 45+ minutes for our food. Our waitress was MIA for most of the night. People who were sat 30-40 minutes AFTER us got their food before us…..odd. The best part-we got the wrong food AND were still charged for it. I really don’t have any words. We had a show to get to and didn’t eat. We’re off to Taco Bell now.

   The restaurant was overbooked on a Thursday show night - completely unable to handle the guests. We got drinks over an hour after ordering. Food never came. The manager kindly covered but only because we flagged him down and asked. Would not go back.

    We waited for 90 minutes for our food which we had to have boxed so we didn’t miss our show. Many people didn’t even get to eat their dinner because it was taking FOREVER to get your food. If you are headed to a show or on a time crunch, don’t go here. i thought two hours before would be enough time but nope.
