   I couldn’t actually tell you about our experience because after we were checked in for our 7:15 reservation we stood there in front of the manager who wouldn’t even make eye contact to give us a simple heads up of what was going on. Understandable that it was a Friday night and seating times may be altered, but there was zero communication. She seemed simply miserable. Any experience starts from the moment you walk into the doors and although a server did check us in for our reservation and stated Josephine would be right with us..after 23 minutes and not even being acknowledged by her as she was no more than 2 ft away from me we went elsewhere

   Our server Terry was phenomenal. She made our experience delightful! This was our first time, but it won’t be our last. We will be back again. Thank you Terry for making it such a pleasant experience! And PS the food was phenomenal too!

   I have never had a “bad” meal at Castello! There are a lot of good restaurants in Blue Bell but I rate Restorante Castello #1!!!

   Josephine exceeds expectations every time! We are always impressed with her management skills and friendliness. Now, about our dinner: simply the best. We are so hooked on Chicken Franchise and the Salmon with Lobster Risotto. Every visit to Castello’s is a pleasant experience.

   We had a wonderful time as always! Great vibe, great food, nice music, wonderful service, Josephine the manager checked on us through the evening. A+. Thank you for making our friends 60th birthday so special!

    We arrived an hour early to have a cocktail in the bar before our reservation. There was live music which was a nice touch. Our dinner reservation was spot on, and our table was amazing. We dined to celebrate our mom's 80th birthday. Everything from bar to dining room was great.
