The Roaring Fork offers bold American wood-fire cooking with fine dining atmosphere. We serve dinner nightly starting at 5pm and Happy Hour daily from 4pm - 6pm in our bar and lounge area only. Sorry, no reservations for Happy Hour. Our bar and lounge is always open seating. Reservations are always recommended for dinner. Thank you for your interest and we hope to serve you soon.

    Cliff are waiter was very good. Very attentive got everything out hot and fresh. Didn't have no complaints at all had a very experience can't wait to go back again. But definitely ask for Cliff.

    Very good, as usual. We know why we go there and we are never disappointed. However, the food is little bit too much on the salt side.

    We dined on New Year Eve ..... we know that can be a dicey time to go but we wanted to celebrate our Anniversary. The wait staff was great but the food was not so great. Hubby had the trout and it was wonderful. I had the rotisserie chicken. I will never get it again. The presentation was horrible, they put the butt end of the chicken on the plate that had no color at all to it and all I could think was why did you not cut that off? The chicken tasted fine...a tad dry though. The corn bread stuffing with brussel sprouts was inedible. It was way to sweet and the brussel sprouts were on the yellow side...not roasted at all or even green. All in all very disapointing meal.

    Staff super friendly, professional, courteous. Duck entree amazing The rest had steak and lobster with salad special, delicious. Dessert was cream brûlée really good. Drinks were good.

    The restaurant is beautiful inside and everything was wonderful. Our service was great. I feel like the steaks were a little more expensive for no particular reason. Don’t get me wrong, they were good, but price wise, it didn’t add up. Also, not a fan of the Cesar salad. Lots of places try to out their own spin on it and I wish they wouldn’t.

    Good food and good service but not 5 stars for the price. For 5 stars I am expecting Ocean Prime level service and this was more middle of the road.

    Christmas Eve, expected it to be busy. We’re seated and it took several minutes to be acknowledged. After about 10 minutes we got some water poured. Ordered drinks which were forgotten about until we asked about them. Long story short, it was really loud and noisy and the service was terrible. Not the waiters fault. He had large parties and at least 5-6 tables. The food was very good. We’ll go back as we always enjoy this restaurant
