   Everything was wonderful -- from the service, the drinks (both cocktails and mocktails), to the food. We got the Chilean sea bass and cedar plank salmon for entrees and they were both to die for. We'll definitely be back next time in austin.

   Food was amazing, along with the staff. My daughter and I split the filet and my husband had the ribeye, the bacon wrapped peppers, sooo good!

   Happy hour was great value. Dinner in restaurant was not hot and sent back. Second time around was very good.

   Been many times. Mostly at Quarry Lake. But last night was great. My wife always gets the cedar plank salmon and it’s always perfect. I had the duck. It was great too and the way they did the Brussel sprouts were outstanding. Shrimp cocktail was disappointing. I compare all shrimp cocktail these days to Dean’s Steak House but it was good. Our server was very sweet and the service was just great. We eat out at least three nights a week and Roaring Fork is on the tops of our list. Thanks for being so consistent in the quality.

   We were pleasantly surprised by how amazing this restaurant was, especially since it’s connected to our hotel. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the service was attentive, and the food exceeded our expectations. The steaks were incredibly flavorful, and the sea bass was perfectly cooked. The street corn and spicy grits were delicious sides that added a great touch to the meal. Definitely a spot we’d recommend!

    Overall an excellent place for a date night. All of the food was excellent except for the cherry tart dessert.
