                                                                                                We ordered the short ribs as the main course, which we have never had Rothschild’s before. I was worried because short rib recipes are often too rich for me. But it was excellent, very flavorful but not rich. In retrospect, I should not have worried because Rothchild’s always does such a good job and whatever they touch. The garlic bread and Caesar salad were excellent as always.

Nothing special between cioppino, pasta vongole, pork milanese, beet salad and Caesar salad. Extra star for the anchovies in the Caesar. Limited selection of wines by the glass.

I misunderstood the description of one of the appetizers and when it arrived, it wasn’t what I expected. Server offered me an alternative and it came out quickly. Excellent service! A great cozy dinner on a cool fall night

                                                                                                Ambiance during the holidays was so charming and cute. I had gotten the veal milanese and it was a bit dried out but everything else was delicious especially the brussel sprouts. They came out extra crispy just how we love them. Noise level was perfect enough to have a conversation. We can’t wait to come back again!
