   Our dinner experience was TERRIBLE! We arrived at the restaurant at 5:25 pm for a 5:30 pm reservation - and nobody was at the hostess stand. My wife had to go search all over to find someone. After we were seated, we ordered our drinks promptly, and when they arrived, we ordered our dinners. The salads arrived quickly, and before we had finished them, our entrees arrived. The entrees were wonderful - very well prepared. After we finished, they cleared the table, and then we had to wait for 30 MINUTES for my wife's dessert - she had ordered the "Roy’s Melting Hot Chocolate Soufflé" as part of the "ROY’S CLASSIC PRIX FIXE MENU" when we placed our original order at 5:45 pm or so - and it appears that they didn't even start preparing it until we had finished our entrees. So we sat there with nothing to do - for 30 minutes!! Several employees came over to our table to ask if everything was OK, since we were sitting there at an empty table. What a lousy way to end our evening. When my wife's dessert finally arrived, it was fine - but the server had the gall to ask "Was it worth waiting for?" I doubt that we will be back.

   (I’m a business owner and was watching for the experience) My scalloped potatoes were forgotten. Nice waitress. Young. She just smiled and said she’d speak to the kitchen. They came out pretty quick and the man apologized. The pineapple upside down cake takes a long time we were told as well as the chocolate option. Wouldn’t you know it they made the chocolatewhen I ordered pineapple upside down cake I wish I remembered the waitress’s name because she was really good. Maybe you can look her up I was there on Tuesday march 11th 5:30. The manager gave the dessert for free, which was appreciated. We love Roy so we just laughed, but I thought the situation was handled beautifully since nobody wants those problems to arise.

   This meal was “hands down” the best I have ever had! The EBI roll was amazing as well as the lobster bisque, lobster potstickers, and filet! Awesome dirty martinis with bleu cheese stuffed olives and the Espresso martini was excellent as well!

   What used to be ou r favorite restaurant is now our least; we were in and out in 35 minutes with drinks salad and entree. After the salad came right after the drinks. I told the server to slow down for the entre Salads were taken before finished 200;00

   This was quite a disappointing evening. The service was extremely slow. We were told they were having issues in the kitchen. The food, when we finally got it, was just OK. The sushi rolls were sloppily put together and falling apart. No apologies from the manager, no offer to adjust the bill. We have eaten at Roy's in Hawaii and Pebble Beach and had very high expectations based on on previous experiences. Upper management needs to look into what is going on in the Bonita Bay location.

   Food was delicious! Our server Stella was phenomenal and very personable. This was my 2nd visit and I will be back.

   One of my favorite restaurants; however we were seated 20 minutes past our reservation time and our main entrees were served almost 30 minutes after we had finished our appetizers For a 7:15 reservation, we were one of the last tables remaining when our check was presented. The wait staff was efficient up to the prompt delivery of our appetizers but offered little warning or apologies for the long delay in serving our entrees.

    We’ve been going to this Roy’s for over 25 years. We had a very nice, happy and cheerful waiter, but it took her over 15 minutes to bring our drinks. She was not attentive to our table. The lobster bisque was AMAZING with huge chunks of lobster and a lovely cream soup. The lobster potstickers were ok and the wok fried shrimp were tasty with quite a bit of curry.
