   Tuesday lunch at Rudy & Paco's was wonderful.. Took a friend who had never dined there.. Pork chop special was incredible.. The waiter was very attentive and took the time to make sure everyone at the table was happy and made sure we ran out of nothing ... Paco was there in the dining room which made it a happy lunch.. Always good to see him.. Dessert was over the top, chocolate molten with lots of whip cream. I cannot wait to return.

   Rudy and Paco Restautant & Bar is a staple of Galveston. My husband and I travel to R&P to celebrate many special occasions. The food is divine and the service is impeccable. Shout out to our server, Alexis, for going above and beyond. She was amazing!

   Everything was perfect. The restaurant knew that we were coming in for our 38th anniversary. I was a little disappointed that they just brought over and we had to ask them to bring over dessert with celebrating our anniversary and it was just a little cake with a little chocolate sign that said happy anniversary. I was really looking forward to seeing a plate decorated with happy anniversary written on it. Other than that, it was wonderful. I wish we could’ve met Paco. He left when we asked for him. It was a wonderful experience and yes, I will come back.

   We so enjoyed our anniversary dinner with friends at Rudy and Paco’s. Intimate atmosphere, great service, and wonderful food and wine. Great place to celebrate a special occasion

   I had the filet and it was the best steak I had EVER had. The service was incredible. I will definitely be going back and recommend highly to everyone wanting the best service, and quality of food
