   Steak was undercooked, lobster was served chilled and overcooked, creamed spinach was room temperature but had great flavor.

   Absolutely wonderful experience....it was my first time, and it lived up to everything that I had been told. Service was impeccable and food was cooked to perfection. Thank you for making our first Ruth Chris visit memorable.

   We dined here for the holidays and were looking forward to a fun night out. Hosts were friendly and checked my husband's coat. Cocktails and bread were great and came out quickly. Once the salads came out, we felt the disconnect begin. No dressing on husband's harvest salad. Husband asked if Darden employee dining cards were accepted and never got a response, so he texted his regional manager to confirm. Next round of drinks took a while. Steaks came out great, but the wrong sides were brought out. This was immediately rectified, but we were disappointed in the taste. The lobster mac and cheese and brussel sprouts were just "ok", but not for the price. I understand they are family style and larger portions, but for a $300+ meal for two, I expected something more upscale and flavorful. After the two-hour mark, I passed on dessert as we were just ready to go. Our server was friendly, but excluding the steaks and first cocktails, everything seemed to take too long and was lacking in taste. No manager visited our table. We love trying new restaurants, and price isn't an issue, but this visit fell short of expectations. In the future, I'd personally go to Capital Grille or Fogo de Chao for a more consistent culinary and service experience. Respectfully, what we received vs. what we paid did not align.

   We hadn’t been to Ruth’s Chris since we moved pretty far away a few years ago. My wife wanted to go back there to the scene of many special occasions so I booked a reservation on OpenTable and off we went! It turned out to be the best dining experience we’ve ever had there. The restaurant is still in that spectacular building on Haynes Bridge road in Alpharetta, which is a great setting. I had asked Ruth’s Chris (through Open Table) if they could just make my lady feel special and WOW did they come up big! First, our server Jasmyn was just awesome. She acted as our advocate and made everything just perfect. We were given a special table with birthday goodies in a quiet room. The food was as good as we’ve ever had there over the years. My wife had the salmon, which was the first time either of us had tried it there (we usually go right to the steak!). She absolutely loved it and , after she gave me a bite, we both agreed that we should have tried it a looong time ago. I had the petite filet which was actually quite a large steak and it was amazing with the bearnaise sauce and crimini mushrooms. We split a baked potato and each enjoyed A very fine glass of premium wine. We wondered before we went if the restaurant was still as good as it was years ago and the answer was a resounding YES! They gave my wife a special birthday dessert to top it all off. We will be back there again soon and will request Jasmyn to be our server again. It was nothing short of a 5 star experience!

   The seafood tower was awesome, and both of our steaks were perfectly prepared. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations.

   Great experience for Son’s bday with party of 7. Robert was a fantastic waiter and very enjoyable experience and food was excellent .

   It’s was a long wait for everything it took 15 minutes every time we ordered drinks and food took 45-1 hour. The food was not hot like it normally comes out and the meat was raw. It seems like they were not ready for the busy holiday meal.

    Ruth Chris Steakhouse was absolutely amazing! All of the side dishes are delicious and the steaks melt in your mouth because they are so tender! The staff is first class and the ambience is always warm and welcoming!
