    The stand alone restaurant is so much better than the locations within hotels. It give , diner, date and a night out . The restaurant was very busy and the noise levels were high. The table and chairs were close and very hard to move around . The chairs are very very very low and very uncomfortable n certain areas. The room we ate in seem to be banquet style or meeting rooms . The staff was super pleasant and accommodating. The decor was very nice . Just too many people . The food was hot and tasty with much flavor .

    Everything was top tier as always. Ruth Chris will forever be my favorite steakhouse. I’ve never had a subpar experience at any Ruth Chris I’ve every visited across America. I appreciate you being open on Christmas Day and providing savory steaks and delicious treats as usual.

    It was christmas so kind of busy with not enough staff. we were put into the room closest to kitchen with a view of kitchen. out of the 5 rooms, this was the least visibly pleasing. Steaks were cooked very rare, took a while to be our food. all in all for a place that's on the pricier side, i would choose some place else

    My drink didn’t come for 20 mins (after I mentioned it to the waitress), there was a hair in my side dish (the manager did address this), my mother’s $99 plate (prix fixe) came out with the smallest piece of dried lobster I’ve ever seen and the dessert cheesecake was not set AT ALL. They fell apart before they even got in the to-go boxes. The overall experience was lackluster at best. I’m a regular at Ruth’s Chris so it was a bit disappointing.

    It was just perfect. The food was delicious, Deborah, our waitress was amazing, and it made for a divine Christmas, as far as we’re concerned!

    It was terrible. Steak was tough. Potatoes were cold. Martinis were half full. Dirty dishes on the table the whole meal. A $250 meal that I could have gotten at outback for $75.
