    Subject: Disappointing Experience at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse – Denver Dear [Manager’s Name], I am writing to express my disappointment with our dining experience at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in downtown Denver on 2-24-25. We expected a high-quality dining experience but were instead met with multiple issues that made the evening frustrating and embarrassing, especially as we were hosting customers. The restaurant was out of steaks, forcing us to change our orders three times, only to later find out that mashed potatoes were also unavailable. While our server handled the situation as best as they could, the overall experience was unacceptable. Adding to our frustration, no member of management came to acknowledge the situation or offer any solutions. To make matters worse, the men’s restroom had no towels, which only reinforced the impression that the restaurant was unprepared and not up to the standards we associate with Ruth’s Chris.

    Waited an additional 20 minutes to sit after having a reservation. Food was good as expected although service was less to be desired. Everyone was nice but overall service and table maintenance would be considered sub par for a steakhouse at this price point.

    Not over sold with fluff. Atmosphere was pleasant and staff was fantastic! Available without hovering. Made my daughters birthday memorable🫶 Thank you!

    Great experience. There were many open tables given the weather so it would have been nice to be moved to an area with more room instead of being so close to tables utilized. It was hard at times to focus on conversation as I could hear other tables as well, but there were many open tables that could have been used to space out the noise level.

    It’s was clearly overbooked for February 14th. Did not feel as romantic/intimate as other restaurants at this price point. Food was fair but not worth the price.
