    The WORST service I have ever received at this restaurant in my 10+ years of going here. It took 3 hours to complete our service, never got a refill on our waters, our food came out extremely late to where our guests preferred to have their meals to go, the dessert - primarily the bread pudding - tasted like straight liquor. I’m appalled at the service tonight. Not once did we have anyone ask how it was. After a $1600 bill you would think they cared, but they didn’t.

    After spending $180 for 3 beers, 1 cocktail, 1 steak and 2 side dishes not impressed at all. The start to the not so great experience was sitting at a booth where there was a pretty big gap to be comfortable at the table then the booth seat was so uncomfortable and had a huge dip in it and gave you no choice to sit in the dip. I get having it dark for the ambience but it was so bad we couldn’t see the menu without using the flashlight on our phone and we ate so much fat from the steak because we couldn’t even see very clearly what we were eating. This was supposed to be a special night and left with the thought this really wasn’t the right choice of where to go.

    Great restaurant. Steak cooked perfectly and tasted great. Our server Andrew was awesome. He made the night.

    This is my wife’s place to eat for her birthday and she said she will pick some where else to go next year. 1 1/2 wait for food wife’s steak was well done and she ordered medium rare. Replaced it but everyone was done eating. Spent over a thousand dollars for dinner not happy at all. Probably wont be back.

    Turkey and stuffing at Ruth Chris was a huge disappointment! The stuffing had odd flavors like apple cider vinegar and sausage. This restaurant has too good of a reputation for serving that particular recipe. No one at our table liked it. The steaks as usual were excellent however.
