   The steaks were sizzling hot when they came to the table.Member had food allergies and they were responsible in suggesting correct foods available.We were at special semi private table to the side which made it very enjoyable for visiting.We will come again!

   Our server must have been new. The calamari was not prepared correctly (not done). When a new one was sent, it was overcooked, we ate it without complaining. The manager came by but didn't acknowledge or apologize for the mishap. The server didn't mention that refills on soft drinks were not free, but full price nor that there was an exorbitant charge for extra hollandaise sauce to go. When we complained about the costs, her sarcastic response was, "since you said you'd eaten here before, I thought you knew". I kindly returned the sauce and requested she ask the manager to deduct both from our bill since we didn't know (since she didn't have the courtesy to share that info). We felt she was blaming us for not being aware. I always drink water and since she's never served us, why would she think we had full knowledge of their practices? The costs were deducted but we didn't feel valued as customers. There were only 2 other tables in the dining room the entire 1.5 hours we were there! This isn't the first time I've had recurring issues with rude servers at Ruth's Chris at different locations. My Charlotte visit seemed best. When I sent a written complaint regarding a different location 3 years ago (celebrating a friend's birthday), I NEVER received a response. I should have posted on social media. 🫣

   We loved our experience, had our own little semi-private dining room as some tables are sat back in a kind of open but separated room, we loved it for a romantic meal. Food was awesome as usual with Ruth Chris. We loved that it is attached to the hotel we stayed in Crowne Plaza, we didn't have to drive anywhere.

   Our waitress and all the staff were absolutely amazing. The food was wonderful. I have no complaints. Celebrating 3 birthdays last night and yall did fantastic thank you so much for a wonderful evening.

   As a previous guest many times in the past, I wasn't impressed this time around. When we walked to the counter to check in I noticed a sign thst read, business casual attire required", but the couple in front of us walked in dressed like they were coming from a club. The woman had on cut off denim shorts rolled up to her thighs and a t-shirt on. The man she was with had on a pair of cargo shorts and a t-shirt. They were seated without question. The food prices have increased also. Considering the cost of a meal here, that makes it even worse. For a meal for two without dessert or an appetizer, it was 210.00. That's before the tip. We were seated in a room somewhat private but the party outside the room could easily be heard over the music and our own conversation. I wasn't impressed this time around and for the cost I don't believe I'll be back.

   I’m deeply disappointed in the experience we received, especially when we were celebrating two birthdays. Service was uncomfortably slow, which is inexcusable in light of the lightly-filled dining room of other customers. My $120 porterhouse was overcooked and I had a few bites that were inedible, which I embarrassingly had to take out of my mouth. We were informed of the dress code, but the table next to us had multiple customers wearing football jerseys. It was also clear that the table next to us had people who had not showered, making our dining experience miserable. Why were they allowed to sit down? Lastly, the birthday dessert was charged to our bill, something unheard of in this day and age. I don’t typically complain, but since you sent me an email, I’m letting you know. Is this really what a fine dining experience is?

   We made reservations though open table, when we arrived they had no one to greet us or seat us. I walked though the restaurant and found no one ! We waited about 5 minutes then I called the them but again no one. We ended up seating at the bar and eat there.

   Had been to this location at this time of year prior and had a wonderful experience. However this past Saturday 2/22/25 was not so much. Very loud party of 6 sitting next to us ruined the experience from the start. My husband had to send back his Seabass as it was raw despite being on the "hot plate" it is served on. Most likely was frozen. Our server never apologized (and Manager never stopped by at all despite stopping at all other tables in the room). Server just grabbed it and took it away. (Not his fault I understand, however no communication as to what they would do to cook it or when it would come back etc.). Someone else returned A LONG WHILE later with the same piece of Seabass hot but presentation was poor. Spinach/sauce dripping off the side of the plate, etc. - it was exactly how my husband left it when it was originally brought out. My salmon was overcooked and dry. Didn't bother to send it back as we had been there long enough. My dessert was never brought out at all - totally forgot it. Was at the point where we asked for the check and dessert in a to go box because we just wanted to leave. Server was kind but extremely overworked - too many tables. Very disappointed given the price of the food. I am a manager in Foodservice and understand many of the challenges however this whole visit was unacceptable given the scale of the establishment. Ruined a birthday dinner out.
