    We always look forward to dining at Ruth's Chris in Cherokee. The extensive wine list is quite impressive, the food always delicious and the service exceptional. Thank you to Jessica for making our night even more memorable by surprising us with our dessert for our anniversary.

    My birthday celebration was fabulous! The steak was so tender it melted in your mouth. Bread delicious and garlic mashed potatoes very tasty. Dessert cheese cake yummy too. Service was excellent!!!

    Food was just so basic and tasteless. We completely our regularly review and was unsatisfied for the amount we spent. The waitress was delightful and a joy, aside from the food was not good at all. The drinks were great but aside from that, not a good dining experience, and we’ve been to many locations. Was unfortunate, but hopefully the kitchen turns around with quality.

    We love dining at Ruth’s Chris when at Cherokee. Amanda provides the best service ever and so friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent, setting beautiful, great menu and prices. Really an elegant dining spot to take the stress away.

    The side dishes were cold. Sent them back to be heated and she brought them back exactly the same. I said did they heat them and she said I don’t know I just asked for fresh. The ranch dressing cup she brought had started to crust on the sides which told me it was old. The salad with dressing already on it did not taste right. Usually their salads and dressing are so good. We have eaten here many many times in the past and the food has never been this quality. The manager did comp side dishes.
