    Our server, Astrid Jiménez (I think that was her name) was AMAZING! Super attentive and great service overall. And of course, the food never disappoints. We will be back.!

    My wife and I went to Ruth's Chris before seeing Garrison Keillor at the Irvine Barclay. She orderd the 160z ribeye and I had the garlic crusted sea bass. Both were excellent, with leftover ribeye to take home. Chris was our waiter and he, as well as other staff members, was very personable and took care of us. This is third time going to a Ruth's Chris, but the first time to the Irvine location. All were above average experiences. A bit expensive, but well worth it to us. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a great meal in a very nice setting. Dave & Mary

    This time, we encountered a few issues with the service. We ordered two kids’ menus with filet and French fries. Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly when the waiter accidentally spilled a glass of water into my brother’s lap, leaving him completely soaked. When the food arrived, they mistakenly brought petit filets instead of the kids’ filets and didn’t include the French fries. When we pointed this out, rather than simply cooking the fries and leaving the petit filets for my hungry boys, they took the petit filets back. This left my boys starving while we waited for the correct order. To make matters worse, when the kids’ filets finally arrived, one was completely undercooked. I understand that the petit filets were more expensive, but this is not the level of service I expect from Ruth’s Chris. It was disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber to mishandle such a straightforward order and create unnecessary delays for hungry kids.

    Very poor service by Carter our server. First drink was wrong and it took him 40 minutes to get another drink. My wife’s caesar salad came wrong and when it did, it was drenched with dressing even tho she ordered it on the side. No shoestring fries. Had to wait another 20 minutes after dinner to get someone to take our dessert order. We are regular customers of Ruth Chris in chesterfield MO and have always had great experience.
