    Don’t count on your reservation. We arrived right on time and were told there was going to be a 30 minute wait even with our reservation.

    Service was great but the food was in no way the Ruth’s Chris standard. Calamari seemed made from frozen, steaks were cooked correctly internally but the outside was charred solid and did not come out bubbling in butter as usual. Crab inside steak seemed to be stuffed in as an afterthought. Potatoes lyonnaise were over cooked to the point the inside was almost gone. Just not a good meal. Hopefully it was just an “off night”.

    Service took a long time. Waiter don’t come back and ask how food was. When he did come by the table had to ask him if the spinach was normally serviced cold. He took it back and brought another that was also cold but I didn’t say anything else. There was a customer that had a medical emergency and delayed our food. I had to say anything because a life is more important but this was a very special birthday celebration for my boyfriend. I had wanted everything to be perfect and it wasn’t. I feel a discount or gift card should have been offered because of the delay. We were there for 2.5 hours for a 2 person party and no dessert. Just not the experience I expected after paying $365 for a dinner for 2.

    Second visit here traveling. First was a disaster. This time it was 90% better. The only thing lacking was the 2 servers were MIA. Couldn’t buy a refill. Very slow night as well. Food great! They are still under construction.

    Amazing experience. The ribeye and mashed potatoes were sublime. They also made accommodations for me as someone with celiac disease. Could not recommend enough. Our server was also amazing and cordial. We will be coming back

    Ribeye Med Well, Creamed Spinach and the Barbecue Shrimp were Fantastic. My husband is still talking about how good his steak was!

    The experience was fantastic! From the point we arrived, were seated, order taken, food delivered was excellent service. The waiter was top tier! He provided excellent recommendations! We definitely will be back! The only suggestion is to move the booths from the hallway into the main room. There was just a slight draft.

    Restaurant was way too loud the first time i went to ruth chris it was very quiet. The waiter was not very attentive didnt receive refills very often me and my family were sat before another couple and they received they’re food before us and they told us at the last minute that they didnt have mashed potatoes so we had to substitue for a lobster mac that was very cold. I wont be visting again also the waiter we had kept asking for a tip very unprofessional when our meal was $100
