    The food this time around was excellent—perfectly cooked and served hot. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, the service overall was slower than expected, which slightly detracted from the experience. Still, the quality of the food made it worth the wait

    Excellent meal, and nice atmosphere. They were busy so it took a little long to get our meal but it was worth the wait and the food was hot. If we come back to town this will be a consideration.

    Wonderful dinner with great waiter Joe and assistant Joe as well Started with warm fresh bread Had the 3 course pre fix menu with 6 oz filet It was cooked perfectly and ended with petite cheesecake and it was a very pleasant evening

    Reservation times were limited, when my group go there, we waited almost an hour past the reservation time. We received first round on the house to compensate. Steaks were good quality, though, a bit salty. Deserts were good. In comparision to Copper Vine (steak house), not as good over all.

    Very slow service they serve the house DAOU wine somewhere in the back or bar but you never see that what they serve you is what you ordered.

    Reservation was at 8pm, waited for 40 minutes and asked if we could sit at the bar while we waited (was not offered). Felt completely ignored, not one person came to say our table would be ready shortly or etc. Finally after close to an hour we were seated in an area with only one occupied table in a separate area. Placed our order and the waiter kept telling us he was sorry for the wait for our meal. Food arrived close to 2 hours later, I believe they forgot we were even there. All 3 had Steak and it was charred on the bottom and way too much salt. Not a pleasant experience. We have been there several times over the years when we visit and always had a pleasant time, but this experience was very poor

    After finish dining, I needed my remaining food to go, I had eaten half of my stuff chicken breast & had a half left. My waiter took my plate & dumped the half chicken breast along with the bones into container. He took the remaining two side and instead of spooning the sides into the containers he turned bowls upside down & dumped food all over container. I left the to go bag on the table. Eaten at Ruth Chris many times & this is the first time I have saw a server handle food in this manner
