    We were a party of 7. We come every year at this time to celebrate the holidays with close friends. We also come other times of the year. Last night was the worst service any of us have experienced. The main thing was the extremely slow service. For some reason it took forever to get the first round of drinks offered as well as it was slow getting the food out. And then one of the food items didn’t seem to get ordered, so that was very late in coming out. When our waiter did finally come to our table he did explain there was some confusion as to who was covering our table. Unacceptable.

    We've been to Rith's Kris many times. This time the steaks were not as tasty and a were quite tough. Service was very non involved. Seemed to be robotic at times. Waitress was not waiting on our table with full attention. Slow to return between table visits. Took forever to get the check. LG’s next time for us.

    I do not enjoy pricey restaurants where people are singing happy birthday multiple times. I expected much more class than that. It is a typical overpriced steakhouse.
