    Greeted by a salty hostess who clearly didn’t want to work on Thanksgiving (Claire I believe). Another guest asked her a question and as the guest walked away, she rolled her eyes and complained to a co-worker about the guest. Our server Mike was wonderful, however my filet was undercooked (cold to the touch), then overcooked and subsequently undercooked again. After watching my family eat, I simply lived with the incorrectly prepared filet. Kitchen was clearly not prepared for holiday traffic. This location usually does very well, but not tonight. For $600 dinner out the door, one would expect commensurate food. Finally, we were told a manager would stop by our table to chat with us which never happened. Instead, three managers were chatting by the entrance. Clearly there were operational challenges during our visit and hope this feedback helps the team improve for next time.

    It was very busy considering Thanksgivings. But you spend $66 on one steak it shouldn’t be cold. My steak was well done and should have been medium. It was a $600 dinner. It should have been better.

    We have been going there for birthdays, anniversaries, and wine paring dinners ever since they first opened. Today they were the perfect place to go with grandkids out of town and no reason to cook at home. Same great quality and service as always. Looking forward to our next trip there!!!

    We have always enjoyed Ruth’s Chris and I find it difficult to give a low rating. My guest and I both ordered the 11 oz filet medium well. My wife ordered the filet and shrimp, her filet well done. My guest and I both got filets well done (no pink) and my wife’s was medium well ( some pink). I know mistakes happen so we did not raise the issue, however, I would have enjoyed my steak much more if it had some pink and not so charred. I know we could have said something but it would have meant waiting for another steak to be prepared and our wives would have been way ahead of us. Other than the mix up with the steaks, our server Chad was excellent. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and he made it very special with his service and easy going banter.

    We went here for our wedding anniversary and were pleasantly surprised at the great service and food. The ambience is outdated, however, and the restaurant needs renovation. The food is also overpriced. I got the petite filet with shrimp and it was cooked perfectly. Overall, we enjoyed our experience, but it didn’t blow us away.
