   An Unforgettable Date Night at Ruth’s Chris – Scottsdale Last night, my wife and I enjoyed an absolutely perfect date night at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Scottsdale, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We started with a ravioli appetizer that was rich, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick off the evening. We paired our meal with a bottle of wine that complemented every bite beautifully. From the moment we were seated, the service was truly outstanding. Our waitress, Shanese, went above and beyond every expectation. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and respectful, striking the perfect balance between taking care of us and giving us space to enjoy each other’s company. It made the night feel effortless and intimate. When it came time for the main course, the steaks were cooked to absolute perfection. My wife requested hers without a char, and it came out just the way she envisioned—tender, flavorful, and flawless. Our sides were equally delicious and expertly prepared. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, we had a dessert that was out of this world—the perfect sweet finish to an already amazing meal. Even the manager, Markise, stopped by to check in on our experience. He was warm, welcoming, and attentive, which speaks volumes about the quality of leadership and care at this location. Honestly, the experience was so incredible it made other steakhouses—yes, even Eddie V’s—feel like fast food in comparison. Ruth’s Chris in Scottsdale absolutely blew us away. If you’re looking for a special place for a date night or celebration, this is it.

   We had a party of five my steak was not cooked. My mother’s was practically raw. The guy at the tables was overcooked. This is craziness. They’re nice about saying we’re sorry we’re sorry but why are they doing that in the first place it’s gone way down hill …I’m never going there ever again. Ruth fertile would roll over in her grave. They better figure something out from corporate cause it was awful. The only highlight was the nice best boy.

   I was disappointed that no information was provided about the wines at the wine dinner. A key part of the experience is discussing the wines you’re drinking, and unfortunately, that element was missing. When I made the reservation, I wasn’t informed that the event took place over two nights, with the wine representative only present on the first night. We were only given the date for the second night, which led to an unexpected and less engaging experience. Additionally, the beef filet I was served was overcooked, which further detracted from the meal.

   A Prisoner Wine tasting event... Good wine and pairings by Chef. However, first serving, a lovely chardonnay was served separately, which was the intention. However, the first food serving was brought out with the chardonnay still on the table and most diners finished the scallop starter without the pinot noir that was paired with it, as that did not arrive with the scallop starter. Following pairings arrived congruently and were enjoyed as chef envisioned. Food and service, with the aforementioned timing issue discounted, were up to Ruth's Chris standards, and the separate venue space was nice for the tasting guests. Will attend more events like this at our local Ruth's Chris. Recommened...

   First wine dinner of the year and last one where they will have individual seating. All future wine dinners will have group seating at tables of 6 or 9 so you will be eating with strangers again. Apparently this is a corporate decision and not a local one. The food and wine for this dinner was great. The General Manager was present through the meal and extremely personable. Was a nice evening out.

   We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and they made it so special. The specials menu had Happy 30th Anniversary written on the top and our table had confetti hearts, I love you, and roses. The staff made it very special. As always, the food was wonderful!
