   Ruth Chris in Canoga Park has really elevated their service and food! One of my favorite steak house ! Service was wonderful.

   When we were seated my napkin was wet and the bread plate was dirty It took a while to be acknowledged by our server who later told us “ok now I have more time now that my big party has gone “ I asked for a mock tail menu only to be told that they don’t have one . Have not been to a restaurant that doesn’t have a mock tail menu. The waiter did definitely become more attentive after his big party left but you should be able to be attentive to both parties with no excuses My husband ordered the surf and turf which was scallops and steak. The scallops were overcooked and over seasoned. I ordered a Diet Coke only to have it come to the table completely flat when he said he was going to try to get a new one. He brought another one that was flat as well. The restaurant has nice ambience but the noise level from carriers throughout the entire restaurant making it very loud

   We love Ruth's Chris. It didn't seem the same as usual. The table was great, the atmosphere was good but the cowboy ribeye just wasn't wonderful as it usually is. $350 later it was just OK.

   Great service throughout the meal. Very pleasant waiter and assistant. Food came out hot and without delays. We were relaxed and not rushed thru the courses. Great experience!

   Although we ate in the dining room, the noise from the bar at Happy Hour carried throughout the dining room. The au gratin potatoes were plain and runny, the lobster tail was over seasoned, and the steak was average. The cocktails were the highlight of the meal..

    Nice touch with confetti on table and personalized birthday menu for 13 year old grandson! Alysia was fantastic server and food was delicious.
