Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Had a great Christmas Eve dinner. We started with the short rib dumpling. The dumpling was more doughy than I expected but the meat and the gravy were great and my husband loved it. We kept the gravy to enjoy with our mashed potatoes. I had the lamb chop special. Perfectly cooked, Perfectly seasoned, tender, and delicious. My husband had the strip steak. Also Perfectly cooked. He loved it...I thought mine was better. He loved his chocolate cake dessert and I loved my sticky toffee pudding. The sauce made it. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. We left happy and overstuffed.

Excellent lunch. Shared the deviled eggs, Brussel sprout Caesar salad, carrots, and brownie dessert. It was plenty for 2, in fact I took some salad and carrots home. Everything was yummy and service was perfect. It was a Monday afternoon and I had made reservations but would not have been necessary. Give Carson Kitchen a try. Be adventurous though. It may not sound good when reading the menu, but trust me, it’s all good!

Chef’s Choice Scollops and Chilean Sea Bass was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Lobster risotto was delicious and the Lobster Tail was also cooked perfectly, still buttery textured, not over cooked. Highly recommend due to attentive, personable and knowledgeable service from Waitress, pleasant atmosphere and delicious food.

Rainforest Cafe used to be a safe environment for our dairy-protein allergy kid. While our server was great, there was no allergy menu & it was difficult to know whether items had dairy in them. This makes ordering in an already "difficult-to-read" menu really stressful. Otherwise our experience was fantastic.

Our experience reached well beyond our expectations. The ambiance was very energetic without our being overwhelming or annoying. For the 30 and over age group, this was definitely our vibe even though the younger crowd would love this atmosphere and food.
