The food and service were excellent, if you're staying nearby I think I'd still Uber, neighborhood is a little rough.

Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We chose Capital Grill because we wanted an amazing steakhouse experience but needed an early reservation. We were blown away with the service, the quality of food and the total experience. Drinks were creative and delicious. The staff was extremely accommodating for my mom in a wheelchair and was always close without feeling overbearing. We ordered started with a cup of soup and all of them were delicious: lobster bisque, clam chowder and onion soup. I’d say order the onion, it was spectacular. Next we shared the lobster salad where the lobster was perfectly cooked, tender and the dressing just the right amount of citrus. For entrees we had the cut filet mignon with mushroom and fig essence. This dish didn’t blow me away, the meat was perfectly cooked but the mushrooms and onion didn’t add anything. I would say just order the regular filet. We also had the salmon that was delicious. I recommend this restaurant whole heartedly.

Carversteak is a reimagining of the classic steakhouse experience offering dry-aged American steaks from artisan producers, Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks and playful vegan selections in a modern environment.

The steakhouse features an expansive bar, a plush main dining room, two private dining rooms (The Knife Shop and Whiskey Room) and a sweeping outdoor terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros’ menu highlights include a 42oz Tomahawk Rib Chop, Lobster en Croute (a whole Maine lobster cooked in a puff pastry shell) and a bounty of raw bar items including Hamachi Crudo and seafood towers.

Accompanying the menu is a dynamic beverage program from famed mixologist Francesco Lafranconi featuring seasonal cocktails, an extensive wine list and a tableside martini cart.

PLEASE NOTE: On Friday and Saturday reservations; guests under the age of 18 must be sat by 6:45 pm. Dress code is business casual; flip flops, sandals and hats allowed on patio only.

If you like good food (especially steak), then this is the place for you. We were a table of six and everyone had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and everything we ordered was delicious. An looking forward to coming back again!

Had an amazing experience. It was my hubby’s birthday; he is a picky eater. The server was so sweet, informed, and professional. The food was delicious, everything was so fresh and savory. We had to get the desert to go as we were stuffed! We’ll be sure to return when we are back in Vegas.

THE Steak House has received many dining awards and has been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. THE Steak House has been thrilling diners with it’s top grade meats, served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 40 years. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home with our old-school ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or rice pilaf.

Please allow yourself extra time for traffic delays and parking, especially on weekends. We reserve the right to cancel reservations who have not checked in within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.
