We had a lovely lunch celebrating our 32nd anniversary at JoLo Winery on Dec 20, 2024. The service was beyond friendly! We were given a glass of their delicious Twinkles in honor of our anniversary! We had the crab dip appetizer which is so delicious! My husband tried a lunch special, beer battered halibut which was as light as air and melt in your mouth! This came with a side of crispy French fries. I had the chicken pesto flatbread which was also very tasty! I had a glass of their Devil’s Hill wine and I highly recommend this earthy red! We love the ambience and quality of this family winery! It is even more beautiful in the warmer times of the year!

North Carolina chef and restaurateur, Jim Noble founded Rooster’s: A Noble Grille with the intention of being relevant without being trendy and to impress without being pretentious. That commitment has carried us through two decades and continues to lead us on today.

Knowing that simple food is harder to execute given there is nowhere to hide the flaws, we go to great lengths to source quality ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. This place is so special for my daughter and me. We try to get to Rooster’s as a treat on school breaks, girls day out’s and other celebratory moments. The hostess is always so welcoming and kind. She is one of the reasons we love the place so much. The food and drinks are outstanding as well.

Had our small company Christmas party at this establishment Friday night and was highly impressed. Great cocktails, good menu selection, flavorful food, nice atmosphere, as well as over the top hospitality from the owner and great service from our server, Brady!
