The food was excellent and very tasty. The chocolate brownie was absolutely perfect. 💞 The girl who served us deserves a 10/10 for her exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this place!

In der Küchenwerkstatt darf der Gast begeisternde Speisen erwarten: bestechend durch schnörkellose Kreativität. Küchenchef Gerald Zogbaum geht es um die intelligente Verbindung von Können und Einfallsreichtum -nicht um kurzlebige Zufallseffekte.
So sorgt etwa der variationsreiche Umgang mit Temperaturen, Konsistenzen und Geschmackskombinationen immer wieder für Überraschungen - besonders spannend bei vermeintlich Altbekanntem.
Durch aromatische Fonds, fast vergessene Kräuter- und Gemüsesorten, sowie ausgefallene Öle entstehen auf diese Weise neue, erfahrenswerte Sinnesfreuden.
Die Mitarbeiter des Serviceteams unter der Leitung von Angela Gnade, fungieren derweil als herzliche Gastgeber und begleiten mit ausgezeichneten Wein- und Speise-Kenntnissen durch den Besuch in der "Küchenwerkstatt".
