Brüdigams has existed in the heart of Eimsbüttel since 2011 and has been run by chef Marco Krüger and co-owner Laura Gsellmann since September 2020. Here, upscale bistro cuisine meets a cozy, personal ambience. As far as possible, regional, seasonal products are served without frills, but with a sophisticated kitchen standard. We like it extraordinary and down-to-earth at the same time. The heart of every restaurant is the kitchen, they say ... However, for us a good meal also includes familiar, uncomplicated and professional service, which makes the evening an all-round successful experience.

A hidden gem on the canal, great service anf fantastic food. We were made to feel welcome and were given great customer servuce. A wider variety of wines the host talked to us about our choice and wss very i formative. The food was great with the right proportions to enjoy.

We loved our experience, overall a great place, with great food! A very special array of food, not to be found elsewhere! The service was amazing, and the staff were very friendly :) The fish was amazing, perfectly cooked, paired with a great sauce of sorts. Amazing, delightful and eye-opening experience :)

THEO’S steht für Prime Beef von den besten Rinderherden der Welt, Stimmung wie in einem echten American Steak House und Leidenschaft für gutes Essen. Gespeist wird unter der Woche von 18:00-23:00 Uhr, Freitags und Samstags in zwei Sitzungen (18:00 Uhr - 20:15 Uhr oder ab 20:30 Uhr). Im Anschluss können Sie den Abend in der Oysterbar entspannt ausklingen lassen.

Genießen Sie im THEOS Fleisch vom Angus Rind, Dry Aged Beef und andere hausgereifte Fleischspezialitäten.
Unsere Steak Cuts durchlaufen einen Trocken-Reifungsprozess von 40 Tagen; durch dieses Dry Aging, entsteht beim stark marmorierten Steak unsere Spitzenqualität.
Die Zubereitung im 800 Grad heißen Southbend Ofen bringt die typischen Fleischaromen voll zur Geltung. Die Karamelisierung macht das Äußere der Dry Aged Steaks besonders kross und unverwechselbar im Geschmack.

One of the best restaurants we've been! Perfect welcome with vallet parking, the service is perfect and nothing is a problem and the dinner is a 5*! We defenitely will come back!

Die Cucina verfügt über 65 Innenplätze (Plus 1 Séparée für 10 Personen) und weitere 50 Außenplätze auf der überdachten Terrasse. Es gibt zwei Restaurantbereiche mit jeweils ca. 30 Sitzplätzen.
Unsere Räume werden auch gern für Veranstaltungen genutzt. Die Cucina bietet ein entspanntes Speisen in unkonventioneller, charmanter und privater Atmosphäre.
Zwischen den beiden Restauranträumen kann man auf Barhockern an der Bar sitzen und ungezwungen essen und ein Gläschen Wein trinken. Und wenn die Musik ab und zu ein wenig lauter gestellt wird, offenbart die Cucina einmal mehr ihren fröhlichen, lebendigen, persönlichen, einladenden und charmanten Charakter.
