Éttermünk 2011 nyara óta van jelen a budai várnál. A ’Terrace’ szó nem hiába került bele az elnevezésbe, hiszen a vendégek valóban úgy érezhetik, hogy egy másik világba, idilli környezetbe csöppentek, elég helyet foglalni a buja zöld növényzettel körülölelt terasz asztalainál. A kerthelyiség szinteltolásos építészeti kialakítása, a felső részen helyet kapott grillkonyha, a kényelmesen és tágasan elhelyezett bútorzat otthonos hangulatot teremt.

Our guests can indeed feel that they got into another world, an idealistic scene, it is enough to take a seat at the tables of the terrace surrounded by lush, growing greens. The leveled architectural design of the terrace, the higher level of the grill kitchen, the comfortably and loosely placed furniture, creates an intimate and also cozy feeling.

According to an old teaching it’s impossible to firm the knowledge of something that we don’t know, therefore training and continuously educating our colleagues is an important part of our daily routine…!

We reopened Macesz after the pandemic in the spring of 2022. We can not wait to meet again our haunters and new guests as well.

The restaurant is suitable for exclusive events with up to 60 people as well.

Macesz Bistro is one of the most exciting culinary spots in downtown Budapest, an excellent choice for a romantic dinner, a family lunch or a business meeting.

Visited here from Ireland and have to say it was fab!! Great food, great atmosphere and fantastic staff, the decor is just cool, food was delicious, would definitely recommend.

Thanks to the carefully selected and prepared ingredients, our dishes are of excellent quality. You can enjoy our eleven types of premium steaks from 5 countries in three different sizes and five types of baking modes, accompanied by a bottle of wine which you can select from nearly 300 varieties.

I have been to Pampas Steakhouse many times and have always been satisfied with the food, wine and service. Really outstanding service! Probably the best steaks in Budapest, highly recommended.

The restaurants was more then perfect. I reserved there for my best friend'a birthday and it was the best Greek restaurant in the city! The guy who served us was so kind and help me a lot with all my allergies and my request for the birthday, also the chef was very kind and help me a lot to let me eat good and healthy for my allergy problem. We ordered all different dishes and everything was super good! I will sure reccommend them and when I'll be back in Budapest they will be for sure my first choice again! Thank you everyone!

It's worth trying at least once in your life. Don't choose a food, which can be made by your mother too, because maybe her recipe fits better for you. This place is really good restaurant, if you are open for fresh and tasty plates, but don't expect cheap prices. The place, the staff, the food, the selection of drinks are perfect.
