Dear client, for us your upcoming experience in our restaurant is very important, for that reason we inform you that our Thai & Elefanta Restaurants are in same location, however, for reasons of Plaza la Isla remodelations, we will have a deviation in the access to our entrance, this deviation is through Fashion Harbour, in the hall between the Rolex and Dolce & Gabana stores, you will arrive at Ryoshi's entrance and turning to the right you can find us, if you arrive by the parking lot that is by Palacio de Hierro, just follow the hall that is in front of Ryoshi restaurant and at the end we will be waiting for you.

We had a beautiful bungalow over the water which was perfect for the sunset. It was also perfect for our family as we didn’t have to worry about our young children staying quiet and in their seats. This is our second time dining here and we will come back each trip to Cancún.

Our Thai restaurant offers tantalizing, authentic flavors balancing fragrant herbs and spices with fresh coconut milk to produce traditional dishes that have made Mezzanine an iconic Tulum spot for the last 20 years. We are located within a natural area, which requires a fee dedicated to the preservation of flora and fauna. This amount will be deducted from your consumption. Access for combustion vehicles is not permitted; only electric vehicles are allowed. Our parking space is limited, so we recommend contacting us or arriving by taxi or transportation service. Transportation is available within the area to facilitate mobility. General access hours to the natural area are 7AM-5PM; outside these hours, entry is allowed only with reservation.

Inspiration for Primo comes from the love for food, ancient spirits, local crafts and rustic cooking. Trying to recreate in a small outdoor space under a beautiful tree, the essence from original Playa del Carmen and bring an authentic Mexican food where everything is cooked with wood fire, underground oven, comales and grill, as has been done traditionally in most Mexican small towns for centuries. Primo means cousin in spanish, as a common slogan in Mexico we say Primo to refer to really close friends, the ones that may be closer than family. Our intention with this name is that guests feel the confort of gathering in a place that will taste and feel like home as we do. We have developed the interior design with locally made tzalam wood furniture, bejuco lamps and a chukum finish for the walls. We pride ourselves of using local and sustainable suppliers for most of our ingredients.

Great meal and ambiance w show at 9pm and 10pm. Loved Greek salad and Octopus dinner. Would suggest doing shots rather than cocktails as it comes with lively presentation (and the martinis weren't that great). Service was excellent

Best Italian food ever. Service was top notch. Table side Cesar salad and mozzarella was perfection. Will definitely come back to cancun just to eat here again.
