We're back! After 20 years at our first location on Scottsdale and FLW we are pleased to announce our opening at our newest location in Centennial Marketplace( NW corner of FLW and 100th St) This much smaller footprint has us operating 9 tables and a full bar in a cozy and more modern environment!

About the restaurant

Casa Mia is the authentic Italian Cuisine experience. Our family moved to the U.S. in 1993 from Sorrento, Italy (a province of Naples).
We came straight to Scottsdale so none of our palates were altered from the flavors they were familiar with. Casa Mia means "my home", and just like at home our food is made to meet our standards of taste. All of our ingredients are of the finest quality, from home made pastas, organic produce, and now organic grass fed beef.
Our wine list features only Italian wines, and is always a work in progress as we are always searching for new surprising flavors!

Check out our pizzeria CM2 located next door to our Casa Mia location.

Great Neopolitan style pizza with a thin chewy crust and crispy bottom, topped with a large variety of premium toppings and sauce bases. You can get any pizza with different toppings on each half, as long as the sauce base is the same, which is a great way to share a pizza, or try two types if it's hard to choose only one.

We ate in the lounge and our server Crystal was wonderful. She is so nice and engaging, made things very enjoyable. My appetizer was the Involti eggplant and it was so good. My wife had a Greek salad and really liked it. She ordered the Carni pizza, it was delicious. I had the Halibut puttanesca and requested the sweet corn risotto which they fixed for me. It was fabulous and I would definitely get it again The gentleman playing music in the lounge was very good and engaged the crowd, we had some good laughs.

The poached pear burrata salad is amazing. We enjoyed the mustard crusted halibut special and the fish was cooked perfectly. The risotto side was disappointingly bland which is unusual here but the broccollini was cooked perfectly slightly crisp as vegetables should be and thank you for not covering it in a sauce! Also unusual here, we had average service. No offer of a second cocktail or wine until too late in the meal. He offered us bread then never brought it until we asked later. It’s still one of the best values in town with normally consistent quality and service. Our neighborhood gem.

Perhaps that is because of the eggplant rolletini or the saltimbocca, both popular favorites. Then again, it might be the fettuccine alfredo or cannelloni Florentine. You may find another favorite you want to have every time you go, but it is a sure bet that the evening will end with the homemade tiramisu or the traditional cannoli.
