VIA VAI is a Chef-Owner run restaurant, serving contemporary and authentic Italian food that one would find in the best restaurants and trattorie in today's Italy.

The restaurant is rustic cozy and charming, with a slate and marble top bar serving only select Italian wines, and local and imported tap and bottled beer, that pair perfectly with the artisanal food prepared every day on the premises, and the brick oven roman-style (thin crust) pizza cooked in the imported Italian oven.

Chef-owner Antonio Morichini is Roman born and bred. He did his culinary education and training in Italy, working in some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in Rome. His food is loyal to tradition, but forward looking.

I absolutely LOVED the food. Estella was amazing, beef ravioli was delicious. I will definitely comeback to eat here.

Wildair is a New York Restaurant founded by Chef Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske. Our style of dining is fun, loud and really energetic. Our tables are high tops and all our food is meant to be shared with everyone. Expect interesting takes on dishes like our potato cake topped with sea urchin and pickled jalapeños, or our pissaladieclaire. We have an amazing dessert program and on Saturdays we have donuts at 12:00 that change every week. We also have one of the most unique and amazing natural wine lists in the city.

Tucked away in another historic restaurant location, (at one time this was the hang out spot for such stars as Frank Sinatra and the rest of the Rat Pack) there is plenty of history and untold stories behind these walls, if only they could talk. Conveniently located just east of Park Avenue and 4 blocks north of The Waldorf-Astoria, this is where you want to be. Last minute reservations. We were greeted and seated promptly. Waiter was very nice, although he got busy and we didn’t see him for awhile. BangBang Shrimp was delicious and plentiful. Harry’s salad was so good. Vinaigrette was light and delicious. Added salmon that was cooked perfect, I prefer chefs keep skin on and make crispy, but that didn’t happen. Overall lovely dinner

We sat at a small two person table and it was tight fit but the food and wine made up for it ! Loved the live jazz music and everyone was attentive. We will return to this spot!

Great find. Very unexpected to find such an excellent restaurant in Astoria. the menu is creative and beautifully executed. the service is gracious, and the wine list is adventurous and intriguing. A real 'gem'. Looking forward to returning.

We went there for breakfast with a friend and brought our toddler along. Generally going somewhere with a toddler can be stressful but not here! The staff is the loveliest ever and we enjoyed a relaxing meal while our toddler had a best time of her life thanks to the staff that were so kind to her. Toddler dreams coming true aside, the food was delicious and the ambiance quiet and relaxing - we got to catch us with our friend without worrying about having to tell to be heard or bump into other patrons.

Went here for brunch on our girls trip. Excellent food and service. Crème brûlée French toast was outstanding !!! Bottomless mimosas are always a place. Would def go back.
