    The food is always great however, S3 changed their mimosas during brunch. Now to get top shelf mimosas you need to buy a bottle at a high price vs paying for unlimited. Based on this change, we will not be back from brunch.

    Had a great brunch here today. Our server Ñam was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Majority of my party had the bottomless mimosa and I the fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade. For our meals we had the S3 Burger, Shrimp & Grits, Kale Salad w Salmon, Shrimp Tacos and sushi. Everyone enjoyed their food. S3 is very pretty with awesome vibes right on the beach with beautiful views. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

    We booked a Saturday afternoon with the intent of enjoying the premium bubbles bar brunch like we have many times in the past. We discovered the unique premium bubbles bar had been replaced with a bottomless mimosa option instead. The sparkling wine offered was warm and flat and was a bottle that is not even on their standard list of sparkling options by the glass or the bottle. This was a very low quality sparkling wine. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as it usually is either. We had our usual goat cheese croquettes and the fish (mahi) sandwich which were both average. The usually good french fries were replaced by shoestrings. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. We went expecting Charles Heidsieck/Moet/Veuve and got warm Gambino sparkling wine instead. The outdoor patio seating is still lovely as ever looking at the ocean.

    The octopus appetizer is the best! Great service and a lovely outdoor area with a fire pit. You can’t go wrong!
