    Stayed at the Hilton Resort and celebrated a birthday lunch at S3. The food was spectacular and the service was above and beyond what we expected! Definitely recommend the edamame, poke bowl and desserts!

    The Omakasi and kale salad was excellent, the service impeccable, and the head sushi chef, Ped, even came to say hello to us. It's our new go-to restaurant.

    I had an incredible experience thanks to Adonis and Jamie! Adonis was attentive and friendly who made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Jamie gave an outstanding presentation on the Omakase box. They truly elevated the dining experience. Highly recommend!

    Food, ambiance, service, and everything else were terrific. Korean chicken bites and shashimi and nigiri from Tokyo seafood market are top quality and excellent value. Coconut cake was huge, but a tad dry. Maybe try one of the other desserts.

    Amazing food and service! Our food came out so quickly and every dish was absolutely delicious. We had the salmon fillet crudos and the Neo Tokyo roll as well as some nigiri and it was some of the freshest and butteriest fish I’ve ever tried. Finished it off with a chocolate chip blondies and it was the perfect meal! Definitely a great meal along the hotel strip!
