Sea House Restaurant at Napili Kai Beach Resort offers open-air dining and delicious sea-to-table cuisine at its oceanfront location on gorgeous Napili Bay in Maui, Hawaii.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Alex Stanislaw, the Sea House serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails against a backdrop of swaying palms and gentle waves. Breakfast favorites include the Molokai Sweet Potato Frittata, Haleakala Pancake, and Homemade Macadamia Nut Cinnamon Roll. Additional signature dishes include the Macadamia Nut-Crusted Mahi Mahi, Poke Nachos, and “60 Second” Ceviche.

For guests with dietary restrictions, the Sea House offers numerous gluten-free options. Several vegetarian dishes are also available, and many of those can be altered to be vegan upon request.

Over the years, the Sea House has received accolades for its food, atmosphere, and service, including repeatedly winning Maui Magazine’s ʻAipono Awards for Best Happy Hour, Best Breakfast and Most Maui-est Restaurant.

    We had a sunset reservation and were able to get an outdoor table. Gorgeous view, and the patio is nestled in a cove that keeps the wind to a minimum. Our server was friendly and service was well timed. The food was solid- our favorite dish was the beet salad. Otherwise, we enjoyed our meals, though most everything felt a little “over sauced”. Even the ice cream pie had almost too much (delicious!) hot fudge sauce. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost- even specialty cocktails coming in at $16 a piece- which made for good value for the meal.

    The food was excellent. We always love coming to the Sea Horse. The parking is very tight due to small parking spaces and when events are happening at the resort. The service was good but very hard to hear due to the noise level.

    Great food, great service. You need to have a reservation! There are no other options for food on the property after 5 p.m....beware. Wendy was an outstanding and funny waitress. She should get a huge raise!

    Signage for handicap W/C entrance was poor and then we were greeted abruptly and curtly and asked rudely to wait in an uninviting back patio. Service was rushed, receiving salad and entree at same time and then later bread service. The focus seemed to be on getting people in and out and not an enjoyable meal. We were Wowed by our food 1 year ago ordering the same thing this trip but it was not nearly at the same standard this year. We had stated in reservation it was our anniversary and not one word was said or attempt to make the night special. I think we will try some place new next year on our visit.

    We really enjoyed our meal, food presentation and flavour was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The only thing was it was quite noisy but that was just because people were visiting and enjoying the experience.

    Great view for the Maui sunset. The staff was wonderful as usual, the food was great. We both had the crab crusted fish and it was amazing. The music was good also. Our only issue was after the calimari, a salad, and dinner, we didn't have room for what looked to be amaizing deserts.
