We enjoyed our dinner, fresh, wonderful food. Sad that the hostess could not even raise her head to acknowledge us. Dinstinct feeling she does not like her job. Not even a hello or welcome. However, excellent table service was excellent and made up for the icey welcome.

Used to enjoy going to this restaurant all the time. Service has changed over the years. Hostesses don’t smile and greet you as they should. They look like they don’t want to be there. Staff is always different, a hit or miss depending on your server. They have to do something with the mosquito’s. Always getting around the food and drinks. Can’t wear shorts, dresses, etc or else you’ll get bitten by the mosquitos. They don’t serve bread, what Italian restaurant does not serve table bread!! My husband tried 2 red wines and they tasted like they were left out too long, smelled and tasted a bit like vinegar. Needless to say, we will not be going back here. Every year that we come, it gets worse and worse.

The carbonara pizza was excellent, the service was slow and we got upsold on a $10 bottle of Fiji water when there is nothing wrong with tap water in Puerto Rico, at least we got some satisfaction a half bottle having to be provided free because the server poured some of the water into a dirty glass that had to be renewed

Service was terrible, I asked my waitress a specific question about one of the appetizers and she assured me of how the food would be prepared only for the food to come out not how she confirmed it would. I then asked another question on the menu and was instructed to look on Instagram to help myself with ordering. Once ordering items we saw on IG, the entrees were completely different which probably could’ve been avoided if our waitress simply answered our questions herself. Then our food took foreverrrr, with 1/2 of the dishes coming out cold & dry most likely from sitting. I ordered a “classic” Margherita pizza, as labeled on IG, and was given a different pizza. Due to time restrictions, we weren’t able to send food back to be remade properly. The place was beautiful & easy to find and located in a great area but beware if you come in and need any guidance on their menu offerings.

Crystal, our server, made our experience so much fun! My husband had her choose his entree between two options, along with our dessert and her choices were spot-on! This was our first dinner whole visiting the area that felt special.

I found this place on the web. We went and it was a great time. Delicious food. I had the Branzini which was awesome. We had a martini which was awesome. Beer which is awesome. And our server was just the best ever.. sadly I never asked his name like I usually do. But I would love to give kudos out to him.
