Usually it’s really good but it tasted off today like more fishy and less flavor. I don’t know if it’s because they are closing for the season it’s not as fresh but wasn’t as good tonight. Disappointed

We’ve been to Shabu a number of times but it wasn’t until this visit that we had the good luck to sit in Jordan’s section. He was awesome! The daily hot pot special (shrimp, scallops, etc. this time) was super tasty, as always. Great cocktail and sake selection help make it a great evening!

You get what you pay for. Tables are 3 inches apart. Loud, smokey from all the hot rock wagyu and not enough ventilation. Hostess was incredibly rude. Server was great and very attentive.

We went to this restaurant expecting Shabu. Since it was called Shabu. All they had was one hot pot that was the chef’s decision what was in it. It was not anything that we wanted so we chose something else. The ramen was good, but there was SO much and no vegetables. I only had some because I ordered them separately. The broth had no flavor. I ordered Siracha which did not help much. I will say that our server was fantastic! Not just because he is a Golden Knights fan and I am from Las Vegas, he made sure we had everything we needed, as well as several tables around us. An older woman came in and helped out with packing up leftovers, she was a peach. The ambience and people were great. The food, not so much. I should have had the teriyaki

My favorite restaurant in Park City. Hands down. It’s fun. Has a great atmosphere fantastic food and service and is just unique. They do very well with food allergies. I have celiac and have never gotten sick there and the staff is very knowledgeable
