   Server was slow and no personality. She had asked if we were going to the play and we said yes, and then she barely came to our table and took forever to bring our drinks. There were a lot of tables outside available and the host chose the worst table in the corner that seated 8 and there was only two of us.

   I have been on Open Table for over a decade and this is the FIRST restaurant who recognizes a birthday event; can you believe it? There is usually some sort of disconnect with OT and the restaurant and they never mention it. However Silver Trumpet was VERY congratulatory and welcoming. It was wonderful. The food was nothing short of spectacular and the cocktails were so creative and tasty. Recommend highly.

   We were seated and aside from someone coming to take our orders, we were mostly forgotten hence the 1 star for service. The problem is that I see servers pass by the tables beside us. They’ve refilled water without those two tables asking; however when it comes to our table, I had to ask for more water. Maybe we did not dress to impress and maybe they think I can’t pay for more things. But they kept skipping our table. It’s a good 20-30 mins that we were done with our food and no one is coming to our table to either ask us if we wanted dessert or get us the bill. Again, table beside us, they automatically went and asked if they needed menu to look at desserts automatically. The food was great but I will never take my family again here based on service.

   Drinks were tasteless, very disappointing, especially for its price. Food was okay. Not something I would recommend. They were bland. The server wasn’t friendly at all, no smiles and no apologies after she got our orders incorrectly several times. It wasn’t a nice experience especially it was our first time going there.

   Honestly, this was the worst meal I’ve ever had. The staff seemed nice upon arrival, and the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming. However, once we ordered from the prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu, things went downhill fast. The starter was cauliflower—literally one small piece that looked like it had been dipped in purple dye. When I asked for bread, they told me it wasn’t part of that course and that I had to wait until the next one. The second course was a radicchio salad that tasted like pure vinegar. My friend ordered the pork shank, which was decent, but I had a medium steak with shrimp that was absolutely disgusting. The service was painfully slow, the food was outrageously overpriced, and I felt like I had stepped into the Twilight Zone. It was an awful experience from start to finish. I would never return, and if I could give it zero stars, I would.

   First time at the restaurant. Prix Fixe menu for Valentine's day. Selections were great. Food was delicious and well presented. Service was good and timely. Nice touch to have the manager come over an ask how our meal was.

   Always a great place to have lunch with friends. Our server was very professional and I love the Cobb salad.
