   The aquatics of your restaurant are not very good and was the only reason for not being able to provide an overall 5 star review.

   First time visit to this fabulous restaurant. Had the best potato leek soup - velvety and delicious - then a medium rare petite filet, cooked perfectly. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of Belle Glos Pinot noir. Ended our perfect date night with cheesecake… Looking forward to next time. Special recognition to the amazing attentive manager, (wish I had gotten his name) and our waitress, Valarie.

   I had high expectations based on the reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The place was not busy, yet the service was slow and inattentive. There was little effort to check in or ensure a good experience, making it feel like customers were an afterthought. Unless service isn’t a priority for you, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my visit.

   Food was excellent, especially the fish. Large portions for DineOC meal. Restaurant was very quiet except for noisy parties nearby - TIP- ask for what you want (table or food); they are happy to accommodate. TIP - they validate parking for the theater, so ask before you go to get into the correct lot. DineOC meal was quite reasonable. This is the only place we go to when we go to Segerstrom/SCR.

   The restaurant was great as we expected. Good parking with accommodations for remaining for nearby theater. Problem was Open Table reservations. I was unable to modify reservation on your website. I called restaurant twice to correct reservations. The first person didn’t make correction. The second person simply made correction and we were seated correctly.

   Server was slow and no personality. She had asked if we were going to the play and we said yes, and then she barely came to our table and took forever to bring our drinks. There were a lot of tables outside available and the host chose the worst table in the corner that seated 8 and there was only two of us.

   We've eaten at the restaurant a number of times and had a lovely meal. However, this time there was a table with two ladies and their three little girls. They were oblivious to the noise these girls were creating with high pitched screams and noisy play. I actually was so frustrated when we were trying to enjoy our meal that I "shoosed" them and they finally quieted down. I know that it is difficult for your staff to say anything, but I think the other tables around this group would have appreciated some intervention.

   I have been on Open Table for over a decade and this is the FIRST restaurant who recognizes a birthday event; can you believe it? There is usually some sort of disconnect with OT and the restaurant and they never mention it. However Silver Trumpet was VERY congratulatory and welcoming. It was wonderful. The food was nothing short of spectacular and the cocktails were so creative and tasty. Recommend highly.

    We were seated and aside from someone coming to take our orders, we were mostly forgotten hence the 1 star for service. The problem is that I see servers pass by the tables beside us. They’ve refilled water without those two tables asking; however when it comes to our table, I had to ask for more water. Maybe we did not dress to impress and maybe they think I can’t pay for more things. But they kept skipping our table. It’s a good 20-30 mins that we were done with our food and no one is coming to our table to either ask us if we wanted dessert or get us the bill. Again, table beside us, they automatically went and asked if they needed menu to look at desserts automatically. The food was great but I will never take my family again here based on service.
